Proposal:

1. St. Joseph/St. Thomas or Holy Child will merge with St. John Neumann.
2. The church of St. Joseph/St. Thomas or Holy Child will be designated as the parish church.
3. At the present time,St. John Neumann, although remaining a church which may be used on special occasions, Masses and sacraments will not be celebrated.

CLUSTER 6 – STATEN ISLAND

Parishes:

1. St. Margaret Mary
2. St. Christopher
3. Holy Rosary
4. St. Ann
5. St. Sylvester

Proposal:

1. The parishes of St. Christopher and St. Margaret Mary will merge.
2. The church of St. Christopher will be designated as the parish church.
3. Masses and sacraments will continue to be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church.

CLUSTER 12 – EAST MANHATTAN

Parishes:

1. St. Ignatius Loyola
2. St. Thomas More
3. St. Francis De Sales

Proposal:

1. The parishes of St. Ignatius Loyola and St. Thomas More will merge.
2. The church of St. Ignatius Loyola will be designated as the parish church.
3. At the present time, St. Thomas More, although remaining a church which may be used on special occasions, Masses and sacraments will not be celebrated.

CLUSTER 15 – EAST MANHATTAN

Parishes:

1. St. Vincent Ferrer
2. St. Catherine Siena
3. St. John Nepomucene
4. St. Frances Xavier Cabrini
5. St. John the Martyr

Proposal:

1. The parishes of St. Vincent Ferrer and St. Catherine Siena will merge.
2. The church of St. Vincent Ferrer will be designated as the parish church.
3. Masses and Sacraments will continue to be celebrated at St. Catherine Siena Church.

1. The parishes of St. John Nepomucene, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini and St. John the Martyr will merge.

1. The parishes of Holy Name of Jesus and St. Gregory the Great will merge.
2. The church of Holy Name of Jesus will be designated as the parish church.
3. At the present time, St. Gregory the Great, although remaining a church which may be used on special occasions, Masses and sacraments will not be celebrated.

1. The parishes of St. Joseph of the Holy Family and St. Aloysius will merge.

1. The parishes of Sacred Heart, St. Matthew, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, and Our Lady of Pompeii will merge.
2. The church of Sacred Heart and/or St. Matthew, Hastings will be designated as the parish church.
3. Masses and sacraments will continue to be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
4. At the present time, Our Lady of Pompeii, although remaining a church which may be used on special occasions, Masses and sacraments will not be celebrated.

1. The parishes of Immaculate Conception, Amenia, St. Anthony, Pine Plains, and Immaculate Conception, Bangall will merge.
2. The church of Immaculate Conception, Amenia will be designated as the parish church.
3. Consider the possibility of an expanded church at Bangall or a nearby location.

CLUSTER 65 – ULSTER

2. St. Francis de Sales, Phoenicia
3. St. Mary of the Snow, Saugerties
4. St. John the Evangelist, Saugerties

Proposal:
